Terms of Service

Last updated: August 24, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of ClipRadar (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What ClipRadar is

ClipRadar is an aggregator. We collect publicly listed pay-per-view clipping campaigns from third-party platforms (such as Whop and ContentRewards) and present them in one searchable dashboard with alerts, filters, and community-sourced payout reliability signals.

We are not a party to any campaign. We do not host campaigns, employ creators, set rates, hold budgets, or pay clippers. You claim, submit work for, and get paid by the source platform or campaign owner — never by ClipRadar. Any dispute over a campaign, payout, or flagged submission is between you and that platform or owner.

2. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • One person or entity per account. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account.
  • Notify us promptly at support@clipradar.co of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid access is sold on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown at checkout. Optional add-ons — tracking capacity, usage credits and developer-API credits — are sold alongside it, some recurring and some as one-time packs; each says which at checkout. Payment is processed by third-party providers: NOWPayments (cryptocurrency) and Creem, which acts as Merchant of Record for card purchases and is therefore the seller on your card statement. We do not receive or store your full card details.

  • Access is granted for the paid period once a payment confirms. Card payments confirm immediately; cryptocurrency payments confirm on-chain, which may take a few minutes.
  • Prices may change; any change applies to future billing periods, and we’ll notify you before a change affects you.
  • You are responsible for any taxes, network fees, or currency conversion costs charged by the payment provider or your bank.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish ClipRadar’s aggregated data or reliability scores without written permission.
  • Submit false payout reports or manipulate reliability scores.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to break the terms of any third-party platform, or for any unlawful purpose.

5. Reliability scores & campaign data

Reliability scores and campaign details are informational and provided “as is.” They are built from community reports and automated collection, may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and are not a guarantee of payment, quality, or availability. Decisions you make based on them are your own. Verify details on the source platform before acting.

A reliability score is a summary of what members have reported about being paid. It is not our own assertion that a campaign or its host did anything wrong, and a low score can reflect a slow payout window, a rule a clipper missed, or too few reports to say much at all. Scores are shown to signed-in members and are not published on the open web.

If you host a campaign and believe a score about you is wrong — tell us, and we will look at what it is built from. Email support@clipradar.co with the subject line Score dispute. We correct anything we find to be inaccurate, mark a genuinely contested score as disputed so members see that it is, and remove reports we determine to be false. We do not remove accurate reports, and we do not disclose who filed them. The full route is on our copyright and takedowns page.

6. Third-party platforms

The Service links to and references third-party platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, or conduct. Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that platform’s own terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and compiled data presentation, is owned by ClipRadar and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose while your account is in good standing.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any campaign or score is accurate or will result in earnings.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipRadar will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost earnings, or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date, and where appropriate we will notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold ClipRadar harmless from any claim, loss, or demand — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your dealings with any campaign, source platform, or campaign owner you found through the Service.

13. Notices

We give you notice by email to the address on your account, or by posting on the Service. You give us notice at support@clipradar.co. Notice is effective when sent.

14. Assignment & severability

  • You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, on notice to you.
  • If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in full force.
  • Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
  • These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and (if you join the affiliate programme) the Affiliate Terms, are the entire agreement between us about the Service.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Ukraine have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Nothing here removes a consumer protection you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, that right stands.

Before filing anything, please email support@clipradar.co and give us 30 days to resolve it. Most disputes end there, and it costs you nothing to try.
